Clear Written Report
Chemical-Free Remediation
A clear picture of what is really going on
A mold inspection is a hands-on evaluation of your home or building by a trained, certified inspector. We look for visible mold, hidden moisture, and the conditions that let mold grow, then we trace the problem back to its source.
Mold needs three things to grow: moisture, a food source like drywall or wood, and a mold spore. Our job is to find where those three are meeting in your home, whether that is a leaking pipe, a damp crawlspace, or poor ventilation in an attic.
When we are done, you get a straight answer about what we found, what is causing it, and what it will take to fix it. You are never left guessing.

Where inspection fits in
These three services work together. Here is how they differ.
A professional inspection, not a sales visit
Many free inspections are really sales appointments. Ours is a paid, professional evaluation by a certified inspector, and you get a clear written report you can keep and use.
Our goal is to find the source of the problem, explain what is happening, and give you real options. Every home is different, so we build the plan around what your home actually needs. Call us and we will walk you through what an inspection looks like for your situation.
Inspection work across our service area
Real jobs our crew has completed for homes and businesses near you.
Trusted by our neighbors
John found two additional areas of concern that another company missed. The crew did exactly what he described and answered all our questions.
John was at my door four hours later, inspected, and gave great advice on what to do next, including recommendations outside the scope of mold remediation.
John completed a thorough, thoughtful inspection, and we were most impressed by his honesty and integrity.
Common questions
Why do you charge for inspections when other companies offer them free?
Many free inspections are really sales appointments. Ours is a professional evaluation by an experienced, certified inspector. Our goal is to find the source of the problem, explain what is happening, and give you real solutions, not just sell a remediation job.
Do I need mold testing too?
Not every situation calls for laboratory testing. Testing is most useful when mold is suspected but not visible, or to document conditions before and after remediation. During your inspection, we will tell you honestly whether testing will give you useful information for your home.
Can you give an estimate without an inspection?
No. Every home is different. We perform our own inspection to accurately determine the extent of the mold and build a plan specific to your home.
