Chemical-Free Mold Remediation in Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio
We physically remove mold and its root instead of covering it with chemicals, then trace and stop the moisture that caused it. Safe for your family, your pets, and anyone with sensitivities.
Removed at the source, not covered up
A lot of mold work comes down to spraying a chemical and calling it done. The growth may stop looking active for a while, but the mold and its root are still there, and now so is the chemical.
We take a different path. Mold produces natural compounds called mycotoxins. Rather than mixing those with more chemicals, we remove the mold itself, using mechanical methods, HEPA filtration, and specialized equipment, inside proper containment so spores do not spread to the rest of your home.
Mold needs three things to grow: moisture, something to feed on like wood or drywall, and a spore. Removing the growth only solves half the problem, so we also find the moisture source and tell you what it will take to keep it from coming back.
How we actually remove mold
Real removal takes more than one method. We match the technique to the material and the extent of the growth.
Dry Ice Blasting
Our signature method. Pellets of dry ice lift mold off wood and framing without water, sand, or chemicals, then turn to vapor so there is no blasting media left behind.
HEPA Vacuuming
HEPA vacuums capture loose spores and debris at the source so they are not stirred back into the air.
Wire Brushing
A direct, mechanical way to remove localized growth from rough surfaces.
Sanding with HEPA Vac
Where mold has taken a deeper hold, we sand it out with a HEPA vacuum attached, capturing dust as it is made.
Small Particle Cleaning
A gentle ethanol and water wipe for fine detail and delicate surfaces.
Detail Cleaning
HEPA vacuuming paired with careful hand cleaning of every surface inside the work area.
Air Treatment
Dehumidification and HEPA air scrubbers clear the air and dry the space, not just the surfaces.
Aerosolver Fogging
A non-toxic mist used as a finishing step to reach spaces surface cleaning cannot. It supports removal and never replaces it.
Every method on this list is non-toxic. None of them rely on harsh chemicals to do the job.

Trusted by our neighbors
What they accomplished in my home within five and a half days was impressive and incredibly thorough. The care they took to protect the property and our health through containment zones was a testament to a company who cares for their clients like family.
I used a mold kit to test before and after their work. Before, we had 2 to 6 colonies of mold throughout the house. Now, I have 0 to 2. The proof is in the pudding.
They made sure everything was properly contained and took the necessary steps to keep my home clean while they were here. Great hardworking group of guys that do the job right.
Common questions
Will mold come back after remediation?
If the underlying moisture problem is corrected, properly remediated mold should not return. Mold cannot grow without a moisture source, which is why we always trace the source as part of the work.
Will I need to leave my home during remediation?
Not always. Depending on the size and location of the project, parts of your home may be closed off by containment. For larger projects, we may recommend staying elsewhere for your own convenience.
How long does mold remediation take?
Most projects take anywhere from one day to several days, depending on the size of the affected area and how far the growth has spread.
Will you repair drywall after remediation?
We replace drywall when it is included in the proposal. Finishing work such as mudding, sanding, texturing, and painting is usually not included unless the proposal says so.
Do you clean up when the work is done?
Yes. We HEPA vacuum and clean the work area thoroughly before taking down containment, so the space is left clean.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
Yes. We can provide inspection reports, remediation reports, photos, and documentation that may help with your claim. Coverage varies by policy, so check with your carrier on what is covered.
