Dale writes…
We talked with three remediation companies before deciding to go with MoldPro. Our independent mold inspector helped us review the proposals from the companies and confirmed that MoldPro’s proposal included the best possible mold removal methods using dry ice blasting and no harsh chemicals.
Because MoldPro is also a licensed builder, their quote included the cost not just for mold removal, but also for all necessary restoration work, including replacing insulation, framing, drywall and painting. This made the process much easier since all work was coordinated and done by a single company, which also gives them a cost advantage.
Owner John Du Bois was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and all work was completed on schedule. Our independent mold inspector returned to take another set of air quality samples to evaluate the work done by MoldPro. He was very impressed by the thoroughness of the job that was done, and the test results showed zero mold spores from two locations and the third showed results that were cleaner than the outside air quality. John also took the time to answer all my questions about improvements I could make to prevent future mold growth.
Our daughter had been suffering terrible eczema and allergy symptoms for the past 3-4 years. She had been hospitalized three times for severe eczema, but we started to see drastic improvements in her health once the mold and mold toxins were removed. We’re hopeful that further detoxification with medication and an anti-mold diet will get her back to her old self. We’re extremely happy with the work done by MoldPro and would highly recommend them to anybody needing mold remediation and restoration work.
